Father's Day UPDATE from Australia Post
For deliveries across Australia, we recommend at least the following lodgement dates for delivery before Father's Day on Sunday 6 September 2020:

Parcel Post and letters – Friday 28 August 2020
Express Post parcels – Monday 31 August 2020
For items lodged after these dates, whilst we will try our best, we do not expect to be able to meet delivery for Father's Day.

We will keep you updated regularly over the next few weeks and anticipate reviewing the situation in line with the easing of level 4 restrictions.



    Australia Post will continue to deliver. What is at risk is orders will fail to be delivered in circumstances when at the destination there is no one to accept delivery. (eg. Workplace). If order is returned to closest Post Office but subsequently not picked up by the customer and returned to our warehouse, we will attempt to notify the customer. 

    Re-send costs will be charged to the customer (if FREE Shipping was originally provided). If the customer decides to cancel order, the costs of all freight (original and return shipping) will be deducted from that refund.

    Also, due to the recent adoption by Australia Post to the implementation of "no sign delivery", the risk of lost packages has increased. Although we will continue to consult with Australia Post to ensure your orders are delivered successfully, until further notice we can not guarantee/refund for loss.

    All our orders are tracked, we stress the need for customers to closely track your orders and make alternative arrangements if their circumstances change.

    UPDATE JUNE 2020

    Items arriving in the Auckland port are currently experiencing processing delays due to the increase in ecommerce volumes from USA, UK and Australia. Despite our best endeavours, it is therefore likely that some items will take longer than the stated delivery times and we ask for your understanding.

    We have made significant investment in securing freighter capacity to clear volume on hand and have clearly planned for June volume.

    For items sent from the end of March to end of May, additional delays have occurred of up to 15 business days due to limited flights and government restrictions. From Friday 5 June all items sent prior to 30 May will have left Australia and are in NZ for delivery or have been delivered.

    Express items will be continue to be given priority over Standard items during this time.


    Note that international orders can possibly be subject to customs and duty. We recommend you check your local regulations.
